I need to contact you - can I have your number?
If you need to contact us in an emergency (for example to let us know you suddenly can’t attend a market) please message us on Instagram. That was ALL market managers can see it, so your message will reach the right person.
We do not give out our numbers as it leads to us being harassed 24 hours a day sadly!! If you do not have Instagram or it is non urgent, please read this page to see if we have answered your question, or email us and please be patient for us to answer.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email of my market request
The most common reason why stallholders don’t receive their request emails is spelling their own email address wrongly. I know this sounds like common sense but it happens an incredible amount.
Please always log in to request markets and check you have entered all of your details correctly.
If you are sure you have requested a date, with incorrect details, please email us to cancel it. Even if we link it to your account, that booking will always revert to the incorrect information, so it is best if we cancel it and you log in properly and rebook.
TROUBLESHOOT:
‘I did this, but it’s only offering me trial stalls?’
ANSWER:
Even if you log in to your account, but then click on a ‘Location’ page from the main page, it can only ever offer you a Trial Stall as those pages only have the Trial Calendar. (See photo left)
ALWAYS GO TO ‘MY ACCOUNT’ TO REQUEST STALLS AS A STALLHOLDER.
